Milda Alisauskiene

Milda Alisauskiene received her B.A. in social sciences at Vilnius Pedagogical University in 1999.

In 2002 she received her M.A. in religious studies at Vilnius University.

She has conducted a research of religiosity in Visaginas city, Lithuania and published a scientific publication on this topic.

Since 2003 she is a PhD candidate in sociology at Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas, Lithuania.

Currently she works in Vytautas Magnus University and lectures on sociology of religion. M. Alisauskiene constantly presents papers on new religions in the international conferences. She is a cofounder of New Religion's Research and Information Centre.
