New Antiabortion Legislation in South Dakota Two well-known local Catholic bishops in South Dakota received with joy the authorities' decision to ban almost all abortion methods. Their statement is very similar with other Catholic discourses from all over the world. In the US southern state, those who are performing abortion are to be punished with a 5.000 US dollars fine and up to four months in prison. The Catholic Church does not agree to any form of abortion (...) Chinese Antichristian Raids After the raid over a bible school in eastern part of China, the authorities, urged by the human rights organisations, released the 36 prisoniers accused to have undergone worship without the Communist Party's authorization. However, the Protestant bible school did not receive 10.000 copies of Christian literature (...) In Cuba, Church Leader Arrested After an ordeal that lasted for over a year, a Church leader in Cuba was arrested by the communist authorities of the island after accusing him of smuggling people out of the country. Even in the story of the young priest is very touching, with him and his two daughter and wife family depending on friends to survive, the comunists didn't have any pitty towards them, depriving them of their means of living (...) Agreement Welcomed by Lutheran Churches In a very trobled zone, the Lutheran and Reformed Churches chose to collaborate for the well-being of the Middle East Christians.
